We are assisting a client with hiring a General Manager (Broadcasting sales) for their Denver, CO location. The person in this role leads all station operations with full accountability for ratings performance, revenue growth, and overall business success. This role provides strategic direction, drives operational excellence, and fosters a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and provide strong, visible leadership across the organization
• Set performance expectations and hold department heads accountable to goals
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and revenue growth initiatives
• Drive sales, marketing, and brand strategy to increase audience and market share
• Ensure effective systems, policies, and operational discipline aligned with corporate standards

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience in broadcasting or media
• Strong track record in sales, revenue growth, and cross-functional leadership (news, marketing, finance)
• Experience managing budgets and using CRM tools
